How We Think About Service Area
We're based in Sarasota, and how far a project is from that base is really a question of drive time and access, not a hard boundary on a map. Most of the communities we list above are within roughly a 30-minute drive, which keeps scheduling straightforward and lets us do an honest on-site evaluation before quoting a firm price rather than guessing over the phone.
Barrier island locations — Siesta Key and Longboat Key in particular — sometimes add a step or two that inland projects don't: bridge traffic timing, condo or HOA access rules, and tighter garage or lanai footprints that change how equipment gets moved in. None of that rules a project out; it just means we plan the day around it rather than treating it like a standard driveway job.
Inland communities — Lakewood Ranch, Fruitville, Gulf Gate Estates, Bayshore Gardens — are typically the most straightforward from a logistics standpoint: single-family garages and interior slabs with normal driveway access. Bradenton, Palmetto, Venice, Osprey, and Nokomis sit a bit further from our home base but are still projects we take on regularly, for the same range of work — garage floors, lanais and pool decks, and commercial spaces.
The type of project also varies a bit by area. Waterfront and barrier island homes lean heavily toward lanai and pool deck coatings because of how much time those spaces get used outdoors. Inland residential areas are more evenly split between garage floors and interior concrete. Commercial work — retail, restaurant back-of-house, and light-industrial floors — tends to cluster around the denser commercial corridors in and around Sarasota and Bradenton.
If your project is close to the edge of this list, the honest answer is usually "yes, call us" — travel distance affects scheduling more than it affects whether we'll take the job.
